Your team
Team in the Manage group is the people who report to you, with enough of each person's record to contact them or check a detail without asking the payroll administrator.
Open the list
Team in the sidebar. The list shows each person's name, employee number, job title and date of birth, and says how many direct reports you have above it.
If it says you have none, nobody is set up as reporting to you and nobody's leave will reach you either.
One person's details
Click a row. A panel opens from the right with their first name, surname, ID number and date of birth, their contact details, and their employment details: employee number, job title, start date, email, phone and location.
The email and phone entries are clickable, which is the point of the panel most of the time.
Who is on the list
Anyone whose record names you as the person they report to, or as their leave manager. Those two can be different people, and either one puts someone on your team list and sends you their leave requests.
People who have left the company drop off the list.
What you do not see
No salary, no bank details, no tax numbers, and no payslips. The panel is contact and employment information only, and it is read-only: nothing here can be edited from E·BIZI ESS.
If something on a team member's record is wrong, it is the payroll administrator who fixes it.
