E·BIZI Papers help
E·BIZI Papers makes your documents: contracts and letters from templates, e-signing, and mail merge to many recipients. You build a template once in the browser, and your company's letterhead lives there.
Your staff don't have to leave Word to use it. Mark a template for Word and they can start new documents on the current letterhead, or put it onto a letter they already wrote, with Papers for Word.
You can also work from an AI assistant you already use. If you use Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, you can add E·BIZI Papers to it with one web address and then ask for documents in plain words.
Finding your way around
Six things in the sidebar do the work, split into two groups.
Templates is where you spend most of your time. Every document you have designed lives here, and this is the way into the editor.
Signing is the list of documents you have sent out for signature, and what has come back.
Mail merge makes one letter per row of a spreadsheet from a published template, and can email each one to its recipient.
Below the divider are the three libraries the templates draw on. Assets holds images: your logo, a signature scan, a product photo. Fonts holds any font family you have uploaded. Fragments holds blocks of content you want to write once and reuse across several templates.
Your Settings and the Audit Log are behind your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, not in the sidebar itself. That is also where you sign out.
Where to start
Never built a template? Start with your first document. It goes from an empty template to a finished PDF in one pass.
Already have a template and want to know what the editor can do? A tour of the editor.
Need a signature on something? Send a document for signature.
Want your letterhead in Word? Use your stationery in Microsoft Word.
Want to ask for documents from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor? Connect E·BIZI Papers to your AI assistant.
How the pieces fit
A template is the design. It holds your wording, your layout, and markers for the parts that change.
A variable is one of those markers. You write customer.name and Papers puts the customer's
name there when the document is produced. See
placeholders for your data.
Test data is a sample of the real thing, saved against the template, so you can see the document filled in while you are still designing it. See preview with test data.
Publishing freezes a version. Anything producing documents uses the published version, so you can keep editing without changing what your customers receive. See versions and publishing.
