Your personal details
Everything your employer holds about you on the payroll, in one place: who you are, how they reach you, what you are paid into, and who you report to. Checking it is worth five minutes, because a wrong bank account or a stale email address only shows up at the worst moment.
E·BIZI ESS shows these details. It does not change them.
Open your details
There is no sidebar item for this. Choose the circle with your initials at the bottom of the sidebar, then Personal.
What is on the page
Personal Information is your name, ID number, date of birth and tax number. If your record carries a passport number instead of an ID number, that and your country appear here too.
Contact Details lists every phone number and address on your record, by type, and the email and phone entries are clickable. This is where the sign-in code goes, so it is the section to check first if codes are not arriving.
Address is your physical address as the payroll has it.
Employment Details covers your employee number, job title, contract period, and who you report to.
Bank Accounts shows the account your pay goes into: the bank, the account type, the holder, the number and the branch code.
Leave Entitlements lists each leave type you are set up for, how many days it allows, and the period that allowance covers.
Who approves your leave
Reporting To in Employment Details is your manager. Leave Manager appears underneath it when leave goes to somebody else, which is common when your manager is not the person who runs the payroll.
If Leave Manager is empty and Reporting To is empty, nobody is set up to receive your requests. Ask your employer to fix that before you apply for anything.
Get something changed
Ask whoever runs your payroll. They hold these fields in E·BIZI Pay, and a change there shows up in E·BIZI ESS straight away.
Three of them are worth chasing rather than mentioning in passing. Your email address, because that is where sign-in codes and payslips go. Your bank account, because that is where your salary goes. And your ID number, because the sign-in matches on it exactly, so a typo there locks you out of E·BIZI ESS entirely.
