View your payslips
Every payslip your employer has produced for you is in E·BIZI ESS, as a PDF you can download and keep. Nobody has to email you one.
Get your latest payslip
The dashboard has a Your Latest Payslip card with the period on it and a Download button. That is the fastest route, and it is the one to use on a phone.
Find an older payslip
Choose Payslips in the sidebar. The list runs newest first, with the job title you held and the start and end date of each period, and a download icon on every row. Ten fit on a page, so use the arrows at the bottom for anything further back.
Each one downloads as a PDF. The file name is a long reference code rather than the month, so rename it as you save it if you keep your own copies.
Search the list
The search box above the table matches the job title and the dates as they appear in the row, which is enough to jump to a month without paging back through a few years of them.
When a payslip appears
Once your employer has finished that month's payroll. Until then the month is not in the list, and neither is any period that has not started yet.
If a month you have been paid for is missing, your employer has not closed it off in E·BIZI Pay yet. Ask them rather than waiting.
What is on it
Your gross pay and the lines making it up, your deductions, and your net pay, along with the company's details and the period it covers.
What South African law requires on a payslip is covered in payslip requirements.
A figure looks wrong
The payslip is a printout of what your employer captured for that month, so E·BIZI ESS has no way to change it and nor do you. Take it up with whoever runs your payroll, with the payslip in front of you.
If your bank details on it are wrong, that is the same conversation, and worth having before the next payday. See your personal details.
