Manage your subscription

Everything about what you pay for lives behind Manage subscription on the companies page: monthly or annual, the payment method, and cancelling.

Get there

On the companies page, find the company and choose Manage subscription.

Do not confuse it with Manage sitting next to it. Manage edits the company itself: its registered name, address and registration numbers. Manage subscription is the billing one.

A company with no subscription yet shows See plans instead.

Subscriptions are per company. If you run two businesses, each has its own, and changing one leaves the other alone.

Your free trial is not per company though. It applies once, to your first subscription. A second company is billed as soon as you subscribe it. See your free trial.

Switch between monthly and annual

Moving to annual gives you two months free. The change takes effect at your next renewal rather than immediately, so you are not charged twice in one month.

Change how you pay

Covered separately in add or change a payment method.

Cancel

Cancel from the same screen. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, so cancelling on the 3rd does not lock you out on the 4th.

Your data stays available for a while afterwards. If you come back within that window, everything is where you left it.

Getting an invoice

Invoices are emailed to the address on the company when each payment goes through. Past invoices are on the manage subscription screen.
