Your free trial

Your first company gets 30 days free. Nothing is held back during the trial: you get E·BIZI Pay in full.

The trial is once per customer, not once per company​

This one catches people out, so it is worth being clear about.

You get one free trial. It applies to the first company you subscribe. If you add a second company later, that subscription is billed today against the payment method you already have on file, and the button reads Subscribe rather than Start 30 days free.

So if you run two businesses and you want to try E·BIZI on both, do it under the first company's trial rather than subscribing them one after the other.

When it starts and ends​

The 30 days start when you choose Start 30 days free, not when you first open an app. So if you sign up on the 1st and only get round to adding employees on the 10th, you have 20 days left, not 30.

Your remaining days show in two places. On the companies page each company shows a trial badge with the days left. Inside E·BIZI Pay there is a banner in the sidebar that counts down.

What happens at the end​

On day 31 we take the first payment from the card or debit order you added when you subscribed. There is nothing to do and nothing to confirm.

If the payment fails, E·BIZI Pay keeps working while we retry. You get an email, and the banner in the E·BIZI Pay sidebar changes to tell you something needs attention. Fixing it means updating the payment method, which is covered in add or change a payment method.

Cancelling during the trial​

Cancel before day 30 and you are not charged. Go to Manage subscription on the companies page. See manage your subscription.

Your data stays put for a while after cancelling, so changing your mind a week later does not mean starting over.

Why we ask for a card up front​

Because it means the changeover at day 31 is invisible. You do not lose access on a Friday afternoon because nobody got round to entering a card. The trade-off is that you hand over card details before you have decided, which is a fair thing to be wary of. Nothing is charged during the 30 days, and cancelling is two clicks.
