View and download payslips

Every employee row on the Payroll screen has Download payslip. It gives you that person's payslip for the month you are looking at, as a PDF.

Download one

Open the employee's row and choose Download payslip. That is the whole thing.

You can do this before or after confirming the month. Before, it reflects the figures as they stand and will change if you edit anything. After, it is final.

Getting a payslip for an earlier month

Use Select run on the Processing dashboard to move to the month you want, then download from that period's payroll.

What is on it

Gross pay and the lines making it up, the deductions, and net pay. Your logo and document theme, if you set those when you switched E·BIZI Pay on.

Getting them to employees

Downloading is for you. To get payslips to your staff, see send payslips to employees, or let them fetch their own through the employee self-service portal, which is covered in view your payslips.

If the figures look wrong

Check the payroll row first. The payslip is a rendering of what is on that row, so if the gross is wrong on the payslip it is wrong on the row, and the fix is in the employee's details or an income line rather than in the payslip.
